I recommend to download and install the eSIM before arriving to your destination and when you arrive it will work properly. By the way, your staff are amazing too and they are very professional and responds properly to resolve any issues.

Esim worked super in India - payment and then activation worked without any issue. Then used in India avoiding local roaming fees for data. Phone used via whatsapp.

Bought a couple of days before flying to turkey because it was a lot cheaper than the rest so was a little sceptical. However it connected instantly when turned on and the connection is better that my EE sim back in the uk. It’s very fast and have had no problems with it at all. I haven’t bothered with any WiFi. 10/10
