We went on a Mediterranean cruise and bought eTravelSim with 5 GB data each. It worked on land and sometimes at sea if we were close to a coastline. The only place it didn’t work was in Montenegro because it is not part of the EU. When we had difficulty getting started, there was help; when we ran out of data, there email response and assistance was very quick. Highly recommend eTravelSim.
Hi Shirley, thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad our service helped during your Mediterranean cruise and appreciate your recommendation. Safe travels on your future adventures!

Tres bien la carte pour le Brésil passe partout
Merci pour votre retour positif ! Nous sommes heureux que la carte ait bien fonctionné au Brésil. Bonne continuation avec votre voyage !
When the eSIM is activated in UK it does not work. Must be activated in Turkey but requires internet access to activate. This means the phone can not be used at the airport and until WiFi is available . Otherwise all works well
Hi Afsaneh, thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear everything else worked well. We understand the inconvenience of activation. We'll pass your comments to improve the process. Safe travels!
Won't ever travel without it.
Hi Jean, we're thrilled to hear it worked great for you! Thanks for sharing your experience. Safe travels!

Easy to handle and works well.
Hi Martin, glad to hear it worked well for you! Thanks for sharing your experience.
Always a good product but i had some issues activating this time. I have a new iphone17 and couldnt get the esim activated properly. the QR doesnt work. Anyway, got it working eventually, more an issues with phone settings i think. One observation though is that Klook's similar products are cheaper. 25-30 day fixed data 10gb is $9AUD cheaper. I know its 25 days v 30, but that lesser option is closer to the days I need. Maybe you can custom your plans better.
Hi Craig, thanks for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We're glad you eventually got it working! We appreciate your suggestion on plan options and will consider it for future improvements. Thanks for choosing ETravelSim!
