It’s taken a while, I had quite some difficulty connecting my Esim….I’d been to a phone store here in the Netherlands, and was limited to wifi only ‘at home base’ but finally after much patience + help from Karen, I’m connected - yay! One week left in Europe

Worked great again. Had it last US visit, now in South Africa. Seamless connection. We had problems with our email and didn’t receive the eSIM. Wrote one email, explained the situation and within two minutes we received our eSIM. Great help and support line.

I buy all my esims from ETravelSims. I chose the France specific esim vs a general European esim because we are always in France on this trip and it uses the Orange network which is Frances largest.
